About Me

Often, we move through life carrying so much-generational wounds, trauma, questions about our identity, relationship difficulties and the pain and suffering of the world around us.

These days, it can feel like there’s no space to pause, breathe or take a moment to ourselves.

I work with people who are ready to create that space. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, or identity exploration, my goal is to walk beside you-not to fix, but to witness, support, and gently guide you.I offer an inclusive, and collaborative space where clients can show up as they are. My practice is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and affirming of neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, kink, and BIPOC identities. I approach each client with openness, compassion, and a deep respect for their lived experience.

In our work together, you’ll feel seen and supported as we figure out what you need. We’ll move at your pace, working toward what feels right for you. Whether that’s healing, growth, clarity, or simply having a space where you don’t have to do it all alone.

I am a proud mom to two little ones. Nothing brings me more joy than being by their side, soaking in the little moments, and watching them grow.

I may be tall enough to play in the WNBA, but unfortunately, my hand-eye coordination had other plans.

Ashley stands with Counterspiral Care’s commitment to diversity, equity, & inclusion.

Let’s get started.
