Therapy for Women’s Issues

Inclusive Online Therapy Across Ontario

“Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We’re strongest when we cheer each other on.”

– Serena Williams, Athlete

You’re being pulled in a thousand different directions.

You don’t remember the last time you had a moment to yourself. Bombarded with little voices screaming for Mom, an endless to-do list, and the weight of unrealistic expectations…it’s hard to even think straight.

You’re struggling with the pressures of having a family, and the burden is so heavily on you. Whether you’re dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, vaginismus, or unexplained infertility, no one sees the invisible load of it all.

You’ve got so much on the go that you feel like you’re losing who you are. And when you do get a moment to yourself, it’s taken up by another “urgent” client call (seriously, not everything can be that important!), the next load of laundry, or a family crisis.

The positive self talk isn’t cutting it. You want to actually feel better.

What if you could finally stop and breathe?

Imagine actually having a moment to yourself…better yet, an hour.

You’ve created space in your life to let it all out: the venting, the tears, the laughter at that ridiculous thing your toddler said at bedtime. There’s room for all of it, with nothing off the table.

Your relationships feel more connected, and you’re more at ease in your mind and body. You’re laughing more, and your friends notice. Chronic pain and fatigue are becoming a little easier to manage, and you actually have a toolbox of strategies that make a difference.

For an hour a week, you have a space that’s fully yours, and you use that hour to propel yourself towards a better life.

For once in your life, take up space.

Being a mom, wife, partner, friend, and sister is a whirlwind of emotions, but you don’t have to face them alone.

Together, we’ll discover your beliefs, your boundaries, and your best self. We dive deep to finally figure out the root of what’s going on and what has kept you stuck.

We’ll hold space to grieve pain and loss, making space for all those hidden parts of you that so desperately want to be seen.

We’ll develop a kinder, more loving relationship with your body. We can slowly and gently release the baggage of dysmorphia, disordered eating patterns, and a complicated relationship with food.

You deserve the same time, space, and energy you offer everyone else. We’re here to give it to you.

Who this type of therapy is for:

→ You identify as a woman (trans, cis, genderfluid, and non-binary women, you belong here).

→ You’re just going through the motions: wake up exhausted, get the kids ready, rush to work, dash home to housework, stay up doomscrolling…rinse and repeat.

→ You’re struggling with trying to conceive, infertility, unexplained aches and pains, or chronic illness. You need mental support just as much as physical.

→ You feel like you’re doing everything for everyone else, but can’t say the same for taking care of you.

→ You’re stretched so thin you could snap, and you feel like no one really sees or understands you.
