What You Need To Know:

  • Six weekly sessions on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, online via Zoom

  • June 1st to July 6th, 2026

  • Multiple guest facilitators across the Counterspiral Care team with professional and personal lived experiences with ADHD

  • Led by Brooke Henderson, a neurodivergent-affirming psychotherapist and art therapist

  • $250 for six 90-minute sessions of group therapy: less than two standard therapy sessions!

Meet Brooke!

Brooke (she/her) is a wonderful Psychotherapist, Art Therapist, and the main facilitator of ADHD group therapy!

Brooke is a Kutenai Art Therapy Institute graduate, Art Therapist, and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She is known for her expertise in neurodivergence, creativity, kindness, and commitment to anti-oppressive therapeutic approaches.

Brooke has run several therapy support groups including a wellness group for the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Chronic Grief and Sorrow, and Artistic Reclamation.
