About Me

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when juggling anxiety, stress, depression, and the weight of personal and societal challenges.

It can be hard to know where to start, how to heal, or even how to reconnect with yourself when the world feels heavy, and the pressures of life make it difficult to pause and breathe.

I strive to create a space where you will feel seen, heard, and valued—a space where you can come as you are. Your story, your struggles and your triumphs all belong here. Healing begins with self-acceptance. Coming from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, anti-oppressive and culturally responsive approach, I recognize how life’s challenges—whether shaped by past experiences, societal barriers or personal hardships—can influence the way we see ourselves and navigate the world.

I strive to support you in navigating systemic barriers, reclaiming your identity, and recognizing your inherent strengths as you move toward healing and self-discovery. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic space where all identities and lived experiences are valued.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Through our work together, I hope to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and step into the fullness of who you are—on your own terms. Healing is not a linear journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone. I am here to support you every step of the way.
